Amy Holcomb is the founder and CEO of Concentric Health Alliance. Amy has a multi-faceted, entrepreneurial track record in the public and private sectors. She is a high-energy, fiscally conscious, and goal-driven executive who approaches each new business challenge with her intrinsic flair for innovation, creative problem-solving, and measured risk-taking to drive consistent bottom-line improvements and shareholder returns. Amy began her career working for the Government while obtaining a dual Master's degree in Business Management and Healthcare Administration. Amy’s career took a leap out of the public sector in 2005 and into the private sector full-time, focusing her skills on developing international contracting initiatives. Her broad depth of knowledge quickly led her to be known as an international expert in the field. Her ability to develop on a business-to-business level, as well as a customer-to-business model, has landed her multiple awards and international recognition. She is currently a board member of the World Healthcare Congress as well as a board member of the Women in Bio – Atlanta Chapter.
A Mayo Clinic-trained internist, David completed degrees in economics, epidemiology, medicine, and business at the University of North Carolina, where he was a Morehead Scholar. He was founding Head of the Mayo Section of Health Services Evaluation, Professor of Medicine at Emory University and President of the International Society for Quality in Health Care. He joined Baylor Health Care System (BHCS) in 1999 as its first Chief Quality Officer (CQO) and, upon the merger with Scott & White Health, became CQO of Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH), Texas’s largest health care system with > 1000 clinical care sites, > 100 joint ventures and annual operating budget > $10 billion. Ballard joined Mentice AB, (MNTC on the NASDAQ Nordic), in January 2019 to partner with health care systems to improve safety and later was elected to the Mentice AB board. He also serves on the board of Pascal Metrics, the world’s leading health care harm measurement and harm reduction solutions company. He co-founded Concentric Health Alliance Inc and was appointed its Chief Clinical Officer, to help guide to the provision of safe, timely and high-quality procurement.

As Head of Sales boasting over ten years of experience, Nic excels in guiding diverse sales teams, particularly in building them from the ground up. His expertise lies in seamlessly blending technology with traditional sales methods to provide our customers with an outstanding experience. This dual approach ensures personal attention is coupled with the efficiency and accuracy enabled by modern technology. Known for his ability to develop junior sales representatives into top-performing professionals, he brings a dynamic skill set to my role. Nic's leadership is characterized by strategic thinking and a commitment to excellence, driving teams to surpass their goals and contribute significantly to organizational growth.
Director of Accounting
Following a career in the Army Special Operations and the Central Intelligence Agency, Keith transitioned to the private sector in the defense and aerospace industry. He established himself as a financial leader by forming and leading financial functions for numerous small business enterprises.
Over the course of his 18 years of financial experience, Keith has worked in businesses ranging from very small entrepreneurial endeavors to Fortune 100 companies. His experience also covers a range of industries, including defense and aerospace, manufacturing, retail, insurance, and B2B services. Keith is responsible for Concentric Health Alliance’s finance and accounting function, which includes policy and process development, financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, internal auditing, and functional leadership.
Tatum was responsible for managing operational activities, as well as creating and implementing new training initiatives to support and strengthen large brands, such as Staples, for better customer engagement.
She offers CHA a unique perspective to this position, not only from her experience managing global supply chain management but also from her vast experience cultivating customer relations.
Tatum has expertise working with government, retail, and wholesale spaces offering a multifaceted focus on continuous process improvement and quality assurance for each of our target markets.
She oversees the entire logistical and supply chain management section for CHA, including claims.
Lynn oversees product sourcing, network evaluation, quality assurance, and international logistics for Asia under the Chinese entity Wuhan Centric Union International Trade Development Co., LTD. Lynn has over 9 years of experience working for international companies, particularly in the medical, global, and manufacturing sectors. She has organized and led many large international delegations, conferences, roadshows, and seminars and was responsible for evaluating and selecting manufacturing and hi-tech international projects. She then helped these companies transition to new operations by assisting companies with their business growth, strategy, and implementation plans as well as raise funding through grants and investment roadshows. She is considered one of the top experts sought for market entry planning, engagement with senior government officials, or raising investment for foreign entities. Lynn holds a Master's Degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Management from the University of London, and a Master's Degree in Interpretation & Translation from Huazhong Science & Technology University, China.
Ma Long oversees the implementation of CHA's business strategy and development in Asia under the Chinese entity Wuhan Centric Union International Trade Development Co., LTD, including R&D, market development, partnership development, procurement contracts, quality control, contract compliance, logistics network, and Asian team building/management.
Ma Long has over 8 years of experience managing global sourcing and international logistics networks that include countries such as the USA, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, and Pakistan. He is considered an expert in creating and maintaining strong networks for procurement and logistics throughout Asia for import and export. He specializes in supplier validation, quality control, international business development, and strategic negotiations which is a key to the success of CHA's business partnerships within Asia. Ma Long holds an Urban and Regional Planning degree.
Emily oversees the development and management of the Supply Chain for the Asia Market under the Chinese entity of Wuhan Centric Union International Trade Development Co., LTD. She has experience as an international trade manager with a wealth of experience in developing and managing relationships with high-quality suppliers. She specializes in new partner due diligence, procurement negotiations, and partner relations involving various industries, including but not limited to, healthcare, pharmaceutical, electronics, household essentials, consumable products, disposables, testing supplies, and sporting goods. Emily holds an English, Education, and Psychology degree from a renowned Chinese University.
Galen oversees the operational aspect of the international logistics work for Asia under the Chinese entity Wuhan Centric Union International Trade Development Co., LTD. He specializes in developing and maintaining strong logistical partners, budgeting and negotiating competitive costs, and coordinating cargo compliance and transportation. Galen specializes in logistical supply network management for Express, LCL, FCL, Air and Ocean transports to ensure compliance, quality control, meeting set time deadlines, and cost controls. He has experience as an Operation Analysis and Target Budget Manager, analyzing the operational data for more than 50 facilities in order to reduce costs and increase efficiency. This includes reporting at the board level, as well as identifying the company’s operating risks and management loopholes, and recommending strategic operational changes to key executives. Galen is certified as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) who is proficient in corporate financial management and Chinese tax policies and incentives.
Robert is responsible for expanding CHA’s European presence and is one of the top contributors to the constant evolution of global operations, logistics, inventory management, and process development for all port-to-customer orders. He has over 15 years of experience working for Fortune 500 companies like Siemens, P&G, First Data Corporation, and other international companies in FMCG, Business Services, IT, Healthcare, and Energy industries. Robert also worked in government administration and brings experience working as a public policy consultant, managing funds exceeding a billion-dollar subsidy value. He has held such official positions with regard to global partnerships, as well as economic and cultural diplomacy. Robert is a renowned speaker at many international high-level events in Europe, the USA, and China. He holds a Master's degree in Telecommunication & IT and has studied at Stanford University, and the University of Pennsylvania and acted as an adjunct professor at Vistula University Warsaw, a leading university in Poland, Europe.
Mike was born in Panama, and at age 5 he moved to India where he attended a boarding school until the age of 17. At age 17 he moved to the United States. Mike graduated from Mansfield University with a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. After graduating he acquired his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Mercer University. Mike has 20-plus years of experience in retail pharmacy and has owned and operated his own pharmacy.
Mike brings his vast knowledge and experience with over-the-counter prescription medication and helps Concentric Health Alliance to manufacture OTC products in the United States. Mike directs our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in the United States which focus on quality assurance and safe product manufacturing by following all the cGMP regulations set forth by the FDA.
Melanie brings over 20 years of sales and customer service into her role as a Client Relationship Manager. She is a personable, relatable, and hard-working professional who prides herself on building relationships because of her genuine care for their well-being. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong skill set for thinking outside of the box to find new ways to help her clients save money, grow, and become more efficient. Melanie specializes in selling a diverse range of products and is passionate about learning as much as she can about new products to be able to recommend the best options for her clients. She has received numerous awards and her strong attention to detail has helped to uncover errors for her clients that have resulted in large additional ROI. Melanie offers an additional special talent to her clients as well for marketing, which offers new ideas for content and promotion of their company and the supplies they may sell. Melanie’s positivity brings light and a smile to everyone she works with, and she would love to spread that into your business as well.
Lateé Wilburn is the Content & Marketing Strategist at Concentric Health Alliance, where she brings her expertise in copywriting, content strategy and digital marketing to elevate CHA's brand presence and drive engagement. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Art & Communications from the University of Georgia.
She honed her unique and creative problem-solving skills from her work with various organizations, such as Skillsoft and PCG Digital. Her diverse experience includes roles as a social media manager, email marketing manager and content specialist, where she developed and executed successful content marketing strategies. Lateé brings a unique perspective and creative problem-solving skills to the CHA team.
